Using our service

You agree to use the site and app lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for resale. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian act for you, to make a purchase.

Bookings and production services

Quote requests are inquiries, not contracts. Production work is confirmed by a separate written agreement or invoice covering scope, deliverables, schedule, deposit, and usage rights. Deposits reserve crew and studio time and are non-refundable unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Event tickets

Tickets are licenses to attend a specific event and are generally non-refundable and non-transferable except where required by law or stated at purchase. If an event is canceled, the ticket price is refunded through the platform used for the sale. Venue rules, age restrictions, and security policies apply on site, and management may refuse entry for unsafe or unlawful conduct. Tickets purchased through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform's terms.

Merchandise orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Unworn, unwashed items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery; custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Contact us to start a return.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize the charge and confirm you are permitted to use the payment method.

Intellectual property

All photography, video, logos, and copy on this site and in the app are owned by Profitt Productions LLC or its clients and partners and may not be reproduced, re-uploaded, or used commercially without written permission. Client deliverables are licensed as set out in the applicable production agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and app are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profitt Productions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
